In accordance with UK Law, we operate a 28 day returns policy. The item must be returned within 28 days of receiving it and will be refunded immediately upon receipt, providing it is in its original condition. Refunds are processed by Wix and may take a few days to reach your bank.

Returns currently need to be paid for by the customer unless the item is faulty/damaged/incorrect.

If you need to return your item please just email us at hollye@hollyemurphy.com quoting your order number and we'll send you the appropriate returns address!

As a small, independent business, we ask that you truly have the intent to keep any item you buy. It goes without saying that we are happy to refund items with the 28 day period - and whatever your reasons, there will be no quibbles. But we will lose money on each return, so just keep that in mind if you're not sure about purchasing :)
