The Daydream Believer collection was inspired by both my younger self and reignited my three year old daughter, Bluebelle. It’s a reminder that I used to see the wonder in everything, particularly when in British nature. We may not know what magic is happening between the leaves, behind the grass and up the trees, but it’s happening sure enough, if we allow our imaginations to agree. The collection is a reminder to never lose your sense of wonder, no matter how old you are.
Each motif was lovingly hand-drawn and then coloured digitally, before adding some juxtaposing geometrics and patterns. I photographed dozens of trees to make the textures.
“I Wander and I Wonder” contains a curious fox, squirrels, blackberries, bluebells, butterflies, foxgloves and various other British wildflowers.
I Wander and I Wonder Art Print
All my A4 and A3 prints are printed by my supplier on a gorgeous, matte, museum-quality paper (200gsm) in a factory that's as local to you as possible. They are printed using the giclée method using water-based inks, on sustainably sourced paper.
Printing usually takes between 24-72 hours. If it's A4, it's then shipped to you in an envelope, or if it's A3 it arrives in a sturdy cardboard tube with recycled plastic ends - just waiting for you to unroll it!
Shipping is currently fulfilled by my supplier, so I'm unable to control exactly when your print will get to you. After printing, they usually take between 2-3 days for the UK, 2-7 days for Europe and 5-15 days for the rest of the world.
